How long does delivery take?
Count 2 to 3 working days for us to get it ready, then 4 to 9 working days in transit. So 6 to 12 working days in total. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
How long do I have to send something back?
30 days from the day your order arrives.
I need another size, what do I do?
Send back the one you have and place a new order for the size you want. That is the quickest route, you do not wait twice.
Who pays the return postage?
You do, if you changed your mind or want a different size. If the dress arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong one, tell us straight away and we will make it right.
